Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Nairobi across Kenya and worldwide. Here is exactly how delivery is priced and how long it takes.
The short version
Free in Nairobi
Delivery within Nairobi is free on orders over Ksh 5,000.
Priced by weight
Below the free threshold, delivery is charged on the parcel weight — the full table is further down.
Worldwide
We ship internationally by EMS or DHL Express.
1. Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from Nairobi, Kenya. We deliver anywhere in Kenya and to international destinations.
2. How delivery is priced
Delivery is based on the total weight of your parcel, not the number of items or the order value. As a guide, we calculate on an average of 300 g per item, so a three-item order is treated as roughly 0.9 kg. The exact cost for your basket is always shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
Free delivery within Nairobi applies automatically once your subtotal reaches Ksh 5,000 and your delivery location is in Nairobi. There is no code to enter — the checkout total drops to free on its own.
3. Delivery options and rates
These are our current rates. The price shown at checkout is always the price you pay.

4. Delivery times
- Nairobi — usually same day or next day.
- Rest of Kenya — typically 1–3 working days by courier.
- International — 1–5 business days by DHL Express, or 3–10 days by EMS, depending on the destination.
These are the couriers' normal timeframes, not a guarantee. Once your parcel is with the courier, delays are occasionally outside our control — if something is held up, tell us and we will chase it for you.
5. Quick-buy "Pay with M-Pesa" delivery
Our one-tap M-Pesa quick-buy on product pages includes a flat Ksh 350 express delivery fee. If you would rather choose a cheaper or free delivery option, add the item to your basket and check out normally instead.
6. Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. We will contact you on the phone number you gave us if we need to confirm your delivery location or arrange a handover. Prefer to check in yourself? Message us on WhatsApp or call 254725660564 with your order number.
7. Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, any customs duty, import tax or clearance fee charged by the destination country is the recipient's responsibility. These charges are set by your own government, not by us, and we cannot predict or pay them on your behalf.
8. Undeliverable parcels
Please give us a phone number that will be answered. If a courier cannot reach you, or a parcel is refused at the door, it may be returned to us. If that happens we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and the original delivery cost may not be refundable. See our Returns & Refunds page for how returns work.
