The ground rules for buying from us — in plain language, without the legal fog.
1. Who we are
This website, https://dynapharm.co.ke, is operated by Dynapharm Kenya, an authorised Dynapharm distributor trading from Sanlam House, 3rd Floor, Nairobi 00200, Kenya. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Dynapharm Kenya, and "you" means the person placing an order.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.
2. Placing an order
- You must give us accurate contact and delivery details. We rely on them to deliver your order.
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract — that means you are of legal age to buy in your country.
- An order is a request to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your payment and dispatch your goods.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh / KES) and include the cost of the goods only. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay — see our Shipping & Delivery page.
If you pay by PayPal, your card is charged in US Dollars. The USD figure is converted from the KES total at the exchange rate displayed at checkout, so the amount that reaches us in KES may differ slightly from the KES total depending on PayPal's own rate and fees.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you were quoted at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
4. Payment
We accept:
- M-Pesa — you will receive an STK push prompt on your phone to enter your PIN.
- PayPal — for card and PayPal balance payments, charged in USD.
We never see or store your card details or your M-Pesa PIN. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal and by Safaricom through our payment gateway. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery timeframes are estimates given by our couriers, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For international orders, any customs duty or import tax is your responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
Our returns terms are on the Returns & Refunds page. In summary: you have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened item with its seals intact, and you may choose a refund or an exchange. You cover return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
7. Product information and health disclaimer
Our products are food supplements and personal-care items. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The information on this website — including product descriptions, articles and any health content — is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
Always read the product label before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or being treated for a medical condition, speak to your doctor before using any supplement. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read here. Food supplements are not a replacement for a balanced diet.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we are a distributor rather than the manufacturer, and packaging or formulations may occasionally change. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, contact us — you are covered by the returns terms above.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Place fraudulent orders, or use a payment method that is not yours.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this website or its systems.
- Scrape, copy or republish our content or product data for commercial use.
- Resell our products in a way that misrepresents them, or in breach of any applicable law.
9. Our content
The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site for your own commercial use without our written permission. Product and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunity.
We work to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
